    Autosime,

I know you are keen to make a quick profit from your trade today but your 75-85cents is poppycock. Even if BTP got DLS for 75-85cents in a scrip bid a longer term hold on the that scrip would ultimately result in a better outcome IMO.

It was only 18 trading days ago that the DLS share price was trading above 75cents and its shares only fell below 75cents for a brief couple of weeks (in total) in January of this year and December of last year. You then need to go all the way back to late 2011 to find prices lower than 75cents. If you believe in the concept of mean reversion and understand that DLS's production has gone from 0.1mmboe in 2011 to 3.0mmboe now (that's a multiplication factor of 30) you would know the long term value of DLS is much higher than 75cents-85cents. Even if you take the share dilution from 307 million shares in 2011 to 461million shares today into account the number of barrels of oil produced per share that DLS produces has still increased by a factor of 19 since 2011.

Please tone down your enthusiasm a little because you are selling the company short by all historical metrics.

By the way since DLS traded at 75cents last in 2011 its 2P reserves have increased from 8.5mmboe to 25.7mmboe.

    Eshmun
