muppets cannot get anything done properly

I have has my gas and electricity with these muppets since May. Not one bill has been close to being correct and I am now escalating to the ombudsman. If they run the company like their billing system, they will go the way of Bill Express, another fly by night mob who clean out the investors. They don"t even have an office for face to face resolution !!!

I spoke with a few neighbours who signed up, they are all the same, all will be going back to TRU energy.......
