I reckon AB must be going ahead, because if it wasn't, the IPO would be cancelled by now, after all, KZL have said that AB will be the focus of future growth of the company, if AB is not going head then they need other growth options and developing the gold assets on a 100% basis would provide that. But the IPO is needed to raise funds for AB's development.

KZL's share price has never been so low relative to commodity prices.
