Just looked up last years chairmans report dated 25/11/2009 which I found interesting reading
At that present time Anglogold were doing a due diligence report and no equity raising was needed. To my knowledge I do not recall any discloure to the market of anglogolds research
We are aware Anglogold did not take up their shares and both Pattersons and BBY LTD were also supposed to participate in the equity raising with Tayor & collison For reasons unknown to retail investors they disappeared as quickly as they arrived.
