You have a bit of a mixed bag of science and magic there Chippy.  Any physical battery cell is a bit like a car tyre full of air.  You cannot pump up one tyre and expect it to fill the other tyres up too. They would all have to be connected with hoses.  And then it would work.  But - and here's the problem - it would take 4 times longer to pump up all 4 tyres when they are all connected.  The principle involved is called Physics. And in particular the law of conservation of energy.  There is no free lunch I'm afraid.
