Polarisation of Atoms can lead to the charging of one cell an a Battery and have all the other cells in the battery flip as well from dechaged to full charge. Purely by applying that physics to battery cells.
The Statement said that the team believed the tech is a no brainer and it should be quite easy to prove the technology.
The article was only a Month or so ago, so hopefully its not too hard to search for, and then you can all argue with them about it.
