Sorry, but this is still wrong. Re-read my previous comment for the common sense laws of physics implied.  You seem to be making the mistake of thinking these articles talk about allowing some way of getting more charge out than you put in.  Supercapacitors are still just electric devices for storing electric charge (capacitors and voltaic cells i.e. batteries).  You can never get more out than you put in.  And what you put into one cell can never make more appear in another, any more than filling one petrol can will simultaneously fill a bunch of others standing next to them, even if you put string through their handles.  This is the part that defies the laws of physics.  You seem to have mixed up the idea of "polarisation" of capacitors and batteries (i.e. charging them up) with "quantum entanglement" of pairs of electrons or photons.  Totally different thing and totally unrelated.

Yes, Supercapacitors have a very bright future as carriers of energy that will be way better than batteries because they are very quick to charge.  But no, they do not photocopy stored energy by the magic of polarisation.  1.00 Watt in, 0.99 Watts out.  When it comes to the 3 laws of the conservation of energy: you cannot win, you cannot even break even, you can only lose.
