• Yorktown Partners, through its investee companies, invests C$19M in BMR.
• Process facility and cobalt supply agreement signed with ESI Energy Services.
• Maiden cobalt resource declared at McAra.
• C$12M exploration and development expenditure planned for the next 6 months:

1. Maiden drilling programs commenced at Iron Mast(Ontario Cobalt) and Panamint (California Lithium);​

2. Drilling planned at McAra, Island 27, Growganda tailings and abre.​

• George Pirie, Canadian-based, broadly experienced international mining executive appointed to Board o Directors; further appointments imminent.
• Expanded technical team with key appointments to the land management, geological and metallurgical team.
• Presentations to potential investors in Europe and North America.
