As per the Clintons selling 20% of the U.S. uranium and enriching themselves ( and others ) to the tune of 100's millions of $'s ?
The selling of nuclear reactors to S.A. cannot be construed as treason as it is an open and public act by private enterprise and is not prohibited by any U.S. law.
But, on the other hand, there are certain covert acts that have been conducted underhand and yet to see the light of day.
