You're not very clear mate. Those 45M Class A performance shares hit the market on the 28th of June as per the Appendix B. Here's the proof:

Therefore increasing the current shares tradeable to 211M, up around 30% of what was on offer before. What was extended in voluntary escrow was 172M performance shares for another 12 months. Maybe you mis-read the announcement?
