You are are both a Gentleman, in a metaphorical sense, and a Scholar!

For the benefit of shareholders and Nytryda in particular, let me make it very clear. In respect to any 'overhang' shares, as was highlighted in the 28 June Announcement, all 45 million shares have been voluntarily placed into a 12 month escrow arrangement, along with extending the escrow of other class shares issued.

To point out the bleeding obvious, this is a tremendous vote of confidence by key people, in the future of this company. They have sensibly resisted any temptation to cash in now - because they have informed expectations that our share price is going to skyrocket. We are massively underpriced folks!
