MTU M2 Bids $1.5b for IINET, page-8

i think CITI has got this right-M2 are going to get a great deal.it was basically the last opportunity for a telco acquisition,and offering scrip when the sp was at all time highs,was a good move.
i can't see iinet favoring the lower cash deal from TPG,so even if they up the ante,TPG sp will nose dive.
it"s almost a win/win situation or at least can"t loose-if mtu gets up,sp of both iinet and mtu will skyrocket,as 0.803/share plus FF 75c,and the bonus of synergy($1.37 estimated),makes it very appealing.
if tpg gets up with more dollar offering-iinet goes up,but tpg goes down/down.
i suppose the common denominator is iinet-mtu basically values them at a touch over $11.
