Unless they set the rig up wrong the holes don't really deviate in a straight line like that, more of a curve that starts maybe a third to half way down the hole, so the diagram is good to indicate the point, but probably not that accurate.
Really need the down hole survey depths and angles to know.
The 20 degrees probably refers to the angle of the drill hole at the bottom.
Unless they set the rig up wrong the holes don't really deviate...
