Team, 

I know the directors have not really performed to their best (If they have, their best is not good enough). How much of our woes can we blame on the directors?

The whole battery mineral sector (and general market) has taken a beating over the last year. We have had maiden drill programs at three sites over the last year which is not really that bad. I mean we didn't get the results we wanted but that part of the game. If you think this is not enough, how many sites would have quenched your thirst? Also if we had found large deposits of Lithium or Cobalt would the nature of communication from our directors would have really mattered?

We have a few more site to drill and Cancet to develop further which I am counting on being further developed in the upcoming year. Our directors are planning on acquiring more land and a sell down of our existing assets which I think is more efficient than developing them it by ourselves.

Because we have not really intercepted any Lithium or Cobalt during our drilling campaign and the nature of the market condition the directors need improve their communication and provide a detailed plan and a program regarding development of our existing assets. For example if we plan to sell down our assets, how long are we going to look for a partner before giving up and going at it alone? 

Just trying to look at the positive side of things. I don't think it is as bad as it really looks.
