I think this is where we apply a risked valuation
Market is pricing in a 90-95% risk of south african assets
Do we place it is 5-10% chance of receiving permits? If you say they are 50% this is a no brainer to accumulate at these levels
That is my opinion
As for patersons I haven't even included it in any valuation, but I foresee a 5-10 bagger in 2019 alone if MR is given
