I fail to see how LCY can be blamed for hold ups when it has...

I fail to see how LCY can be blamed for hold ups when it has been HAW not paying the $$$ they owed to LCY.

The most recent announcement also stated that LCY had paid for the Infrastructure Scoping study out of its own money & the way it was worded I understand that HAW haven't contributed to it.

So LCY doesn't seem like a company that is holding things up to me.

So I wonder wether HAW now owe money to LCY again & LCY will have to put in another cash call to receive payment from HAW or wether there is some sort of agreement between the 2 Co's for LCY to solely pay for it.

If the was such an agreement I wonder why that was put in place.

I think you would all agree that this is 1 very very weird JV.....
