Oh and here is my terrible “other agenda” post once again if anyone missed it, that got me branded an enemy “of the cause”:
Shorters or "manipulation" aside, the market is probably cautious because this is appears to be simply another promise of something to come from MSB. It's not immediately apparent that it means anything significant, to the average pundit.
