The shortfall from the SPP was around $1million.
So this raising of $4million reported in The Australian today indicates some new development requiring even more funds.
"It is understood the raising has already been overbid" - the investors will know what the funds will be used for. They obviously are keen.
Quite a few possibilities, can't wait til Friday.
