Chrome, the SP has nothing to do with it my friend. The relevant information is the market capitalisation and the number of shares on issue in both companies. Compare the most recent QRTLYs of both companies and you will see what I mean.
Look at the fundamentals of each company. Are there any verified resources? Are they waiting for licences? Is there a market for their product?
