I don't think in theses current times any of us should ignore the MACRO DRIVERS/RISKS -

Clearly America and China are in a Hard and Soft Power Struggle in Sri Lanka over Trade; Security; and Vein Graphite. American companies have the expertise to build MRF a Graphene Facility.

The Graphene Facility is exactly what MR Grigor is getting at for MRF in his latest announcements I think.
