Hi Nordic I all exchanges have a definition for an independent director . So all must have met that definition to be considered . Being a director of another company that has a common share holder is not uncommon or contrary to the definition of an independent director . I believe Tanami and dragon are both public companies with many share holders not part of any group .

Underwriter don't have directors on boards that would be very strange they just provide a brokerage service .
