I made a mistake  Altus is  the sponsor of  Hong Kong project not on underwriter.
There is no indication of underwriters, but Altus annual report says
that they like to be sponsors but not underwrites, so it is less likely that
they are underwriting. Though they would know the underwriters and
interested parties, and they give financial advice (though it could
confidential information).

Mr Poon and Mr Pak are most likely representing underwriters
or companies going to buy major part of the shares.
