Finally, this interesting article in today's AFR re: MIN's recent sale of a half -share in Wodgina for $1.56 billion.

Market chatter ... is [in mid-2016] the Wodgina site, its 13MW gas-fired power station and 387-bed camp went for no more than $80 million (and quite a few suspect a fair bit less) ... If the guesses are on the money, Wodgina has appreciated in value 30-fold in 2½ years.
If only HAV had someone who could achieve a result like that in its corner!
