Ian is not working in the not for profit sector or for some government agency.
Ian earns $850k a year to be able to work against the clock and make decisions under pressure.
Having said that he's had over 8 months since completion of the last wells, and the financing package was first discussed in February 2017 - that is 16 months ago now... and still nothing.
16 months is more than ample time to develop a detailed feasibility (i.e. pathway to market), and evaluate tenders on a funding solution.
We should know what the pathway is to market, have gas sale agreements / MOUs executed already.
What have they been doing the last 8 months (apart from fixing those "teething issues" with the first wells - with the planning time this management team invests you'd expect NASA precision, yet we still encountered issues).
