MPJDA / MPJDB can be easily accessed in Commsec if you simply look up the code in the quotes tab.
They simply don't show up in your portfolio on Commsec until after the consol has completed and they have fully trasitioned to KAI. Meantime you still have your consolidated shares and I'm guessing if you want to trade them, rather than simply being able to do it online, you may have to ring Commsec. Only if you're selling of course.
