To play devils advocate, the positive wording regarding the latest targets is almost identical to 2013 announcements, they had zilch then.

The proof is in them drilling through something worthwhile during Oct, not piling on more geographical speculation and biding more time on the shareholders dime as with the past 2 years.

Hopefully the buyers of the last CR will begin to hold the directors to task on this charade soon, as they're obviously not listening to retail holders. Certainly deserve a fire lit under them if Q4 brings only more geophysical reports instead of positive DD results, or at the least an admission that the tenement is not economically viable.
