I also invested into mpj for the nickel prospect. I dont think that the results were as 'exciting' as they stated in their fluff announcements. If they did find commercial size deposits of nickel that are highly likely commercially viable, why would they not go that little bit further and having rock solid evidence of it? Even with low nickel prices and even if they always had the lithium play in their pockets, wouldnt it have been better for them to enter in to the market with the win on the board and a higher share price? It would have formed a nice solid platform for them to grow from. Currently they have absolutely nothing.
I am hoping that they do find lithium, but I do think the nickel program was a flop. It just doesnt make sense to pull the pin on it unless the chances of success was so low.
