Numbers - it's not about the number of shares, it's mainly about the market-cap. You could have a 20 to 1 consolidation and reduce the number of shares in a heartbeat - but the market-cap would be the same (though there'd be less shares for traders/manipulators to play with). A favorable strike will prove my point...
