Some of those selling would have no idea about the potential of a massive hit and SP increase in the coming week or two unfortunately. The smart ones will be jumping onboard at this time. Could also be a tactic by some stacking the sell side at 0.006 with some of those 50 mill, waiting on the buy side, knowing that there are not many buyers. Hoping the lemmings will jump ship into their strategy.
