Plenty of reasons the director of TYX could have closer ties with our management, the majority of PLS's growth has already happened whereas MPJ could potentially be a 10+ bagger hence another reason to accept shares from us rather than cash our nickel assets are also another ace up the sleeve. As to why TYX didn't just drill the tenements themselves potentially didn't have the investors waiting in the wings to fast track drilling or they already had enough on their plate with existing projects.
