The absence of debt and presence of operating processing plant will add multipliers to the valuation.

Did you notice they have now changed their tune to say that the current short term goal of exploration is a minimum 5 year mine life at 100,000 ounces per annum.
Let's face it, in the long term MOY will end up with a resource big enough to produce above 100,000 for a lot longer than 5 years.
If there's nuggets, sure, we'll have them too.
