lets assume that mcc is the only asset that is going to add some value to this stock starting 2016:
blue gem coal sales approx. 400.000 tpa x 40 $ cash/t = 16 mio $ cash
briquetting (incl. 3rd party coal fines) approx 250.000 tpa x 60 $ cash/t = 15 mio $ cash
31 mio $ cash p.a. for mcc (51 % attributable to white, i.e. 0,04 $ cash per share )
