The ship has far too much ballast (debt), making it ride low and slow. That has been my theme for some time here. Apart from other strategy issues I have.
The company has come as close to saying as possible, without saying the words, that it wants to reduce debt by issuing shares. Until debt levels are reduce not much will happen with this stock. Even when they are I still have enough concerns about strategy that I see better offerings.
