And Justinmetal, am I correct in saying that they are fighting this "Frivolous Issue" on two fronts now, one in Texas (AGAIN) and another one in Brizzy.??
Please advise and/or clarify this for me. Being a shareholders I believe that I should be kept in the know. But.........

In the meantime someone is getting fatter and fatter by feeding on the trough (see below), while we are getting skinnier and skinnier.
