At the same time why don't you ask your mate in there as to why they are constantly lodging appeals after appeals if they are certain to win the case, and that is even when none of the Judges in Texas have given the smallest of considerations to their plights.?

Why are they constantly paying (With shareholders money, none of their own of course) Lawyers, Barristers, QC's and whoever else they have engaged if they didn't have to attend or defend any Courts in Texas.??
