Nevertheless, and in the meantime, while all of this is going on, they are proving to be a very big thorn in our side, and it has even begun to fester. Will the latest appeal they have just lodged go in their favour or against them.?

Or are they just biding for time in the hope that something will come out from left field to give us a helping hand.

In the meantime, I feel quite sure that MB is sitting quietly on the sideline biding their time like someone else did with NXS. How much did the NXS shareholders got for their shares.?? Shock Horror!!!

Has someone got their tickets to fly out of the country should the need arise.?? Most of them it appears that they are all flying to England and resides in London but it seems that even the UK Government is waking up to that now and started doing something about it.
