    ##"" In the end, and just because one group didn't like the other, they ended up voting in favour of the incumbent lot just like the ones cutting their noses to spite their faces. And the end result.??.....The incumbents won the race.

    As the saying goes....................United we Stand................Divided we Fall.

    And that was the typical example of what I am trying to drive home around here.

    You cannot engage glory seekers filling the position in a boardroom. You have to have highly experienced people which are currently employed/engaged in another reputable company in a similar position and where they will put their ego behind the benefits of their shareholders. Those people would have to be rewarded based only on the gain of what a shareholder is gaining from his/hers investment. Not getting paid and filling their pockets and wallets with $1000.00 dollar notes, while the shareholders is loosing out.

    Unfortunately, and while IMO, some of the members on both sides of the camp didn't fulfil that part, and the rest is now history.

    In the meantime we remain firmly stuck within the category of being a penny dreadful.
