Perhaps you are right and perhaps you are not.
Only time will tell as it always does.
But I am willing to take you up on that and I therefore ask you what is it that you want to bet. Just put up or as they say shut up.
And no, I don't bet peanuts as peanuts are for monkeys.
In the meantime, can you please tell me as to how much they have spent thus far in fighting this case if it was just a frivolous matter, and if it could have been resolved by sitting around the table and sort it all out like adults and grown up people usually do. And don't forget that if and when it will go to Court, chances are that the sitting Judge will order them to go out of the Court Room and have some mediation talks first before firing the starting gun and play the music.
A very high percentage of cases are resolved just a day or so, (if not in the same day), that the Court Case begins. In the meantime the Legal Fraternity involved in the case they would have loaded their wallets with $1,000 dollar notes in a way that they couldn't even fit it back in their pockets, and even bought themselves another unit on the Coast plus the top line Rolls Royce or Mercedes, all because of the stupidity and the great ego of some stubborn people.
IMHO, I feel quite confident that, if an approach was made at the beginning of time and offer something like saying...............here is one or two million dollars and buzz off, that all issues could have been sorted out at the time and we wouldn't have to be talking about this silliness now. Now instead we have paid way more than that, and we still don't know what it is going to cost the company (US SHAREHOLDERS) if it will all turn out to Shiite.
Lawyers are there to sell their services and charge like wounded bulls while doing it......don't ever forget that. When the time will come, they then start suggesting to you that you should try to settle out of Court to avoid the risk of loosing a fortune while doing it.
The point of the matter is though, that none of that money they wasted thus far in litigations with Lawyers, Barristers and Attorneys in both side of the World, has come out of their own pockets. It would have been different if it was.......rest assured of that.
The following is what I am trying to convey to you.
As they say, a picture paints a thousand words. Who is the one milking the cow while the Judge is looking on.???
