I thought IIF needs to raise new capital relatively urgently - this will cap gains I feel. It is hard for me to see investors paying 20+ cents for a new unit in the current market environment.

I haven't done enough research on IIF, but how much money does IIF need to raise? Anyone done some estimation? If it is a LOT, then discount will need to be deep... although I've read that many funds are sitting on a bit of cash atm.
