I think you need to give the new mob some time, from what i can gather they haven't been able to see the books yet, due to darby putting it in admin.
Also asic are involved per the anna.
There would be legal DD needed before you could suspend only a few holders unless it is put in place by ASIC or the TOV.
IMO give them at least a month, Oct at least, maybe some announcements in between to keep SH updated.

It will be a tough time going through the books trying to piece it all together.

First news will be around end of this month as the court is to decide on what court costs are and how it's assessed. From memory the decision is set for tomorrow. so maybe even this week.
