Andy - you know I know the WHOLE CDB story.....I agree with you that Darby and Co will not leave without a fight.....

Here is where it stands - Between MW and PV they own just over 20% plus all the new wave of shareholders buying on-market they will vote FOR the spill motion and i'd expect any leftover holders would do the same.

It's still a very HIGH risk play but if the spill is successful the company is worth around 5-7.5c prior to any CR IMO. If they fail then kiss your cash goodbye!

MW has some powerful and wealthy backers I'd say he will have over 50% and be ready and do a Malcolm Turnbull......he will know he has the numbers LOL!
