You need to see the outcome of the notice from Mr Mathew Walker under section 203D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) of his intention to move resolutions at a meeting of Condor shareholders convened under section 249F of the Corporations Act .

As for assets unless you can take into account the CEO's/ Dir homes CDB has no assets.
