I think the problem that is going to arise is the question of where the money comes from for future activities. If you look at the most recent 3B, they only have capacity to place a further 18.5m shares. Even if they could be issued at 0.10, it's still not a lot. Use NXR as a comparison - they will be undertaking a capital raising of somewhere between $5m and $9m and they have the capacity to do that with shares. Condor does not seem to have that luxury available to them so should the company decide they wish to pursue a tech acquisition, where do they get the money for it?
I understand that defunct mining companies acquiring tech is in vogue right now BUT they have to have some sort of capacity to pull it off. If there is a tech out there but it will cost $10m to get your hooks into it, how does Condor achieve that?
