    Another rights issue at 1.5 cents underwritten by the board supporters shuts down MW , PV or whoever the current board don't support.

    NO need to worry about a cap raise if you do rights issue and lace the shortfall


    How can anyone be sure MW , PV and Mortimer aren't friends
