Seems a bit incredible that Mr Walker would increase his holding to 9% currently if he doesn't have grander plans for CDB as a shell.

I would be interested to know how many more shares are in the hands of his allies. This might need to be run up to somewhere in the 5 to 6 cent range (mkt cap of ~$4M) to shake out a few more weak hands and ensure they have enough votes.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out from here.
