I heard that from the UK forums someone was speaking about that and its totally illogic to issue a report with positive feedback and at the end issue another report saying its a duster. Maybe they have to dig in the same area where there is less clay to extract the oil.
Already loss had been achieved so why to sell now taking the risk till the end.
