Really? What are you on?
This is the reality for RMP: another raise to fund another well or oblivion.
The only terms on which any major would come into those blocks is via a farm-in on a well by well basis and that means RMP will be diluted well out of the picture.
I won't go on about how RMP has been managed over the last 2-3 years and the reasons for getting involved in this well but O&G is a big balance sheet game: RMP didn't and still doesn't have the balance sheet to play in this game.
Just sayin.....
