If you take a good look at the first photo where Stu'ee' E is pointing to the back of the 2x200 MW power plants and then go to Google maps and look at the overview of the power plant you will see that the building he's pointing from does not exist. (even Google can't keep up with their progress; that's how fast these guys are going). And one would expect that additional photos etc will be shown at the AGM which I would expect confirm that the first 200MW plant would be producing ENERGY in early March 2016.
