You could be right regarding not going over 68c but personally if it got there I'd be stoked anyway cause it's a fair rise from 40c and it includes a nice big fat fully franked divy of most probably 4c!!! The reason why I picked this one is because I've followed it for quite some time before I posted on it on the 16/06 and for the reason being that the property sector is running hot at the moment (much like biotechs). I saw a similar stock PBD rise from around 50c to 95c in quite a short time and when I compared the two companied I really couldn't see much difference between the two and so thus I thought DVN was a very good buy at 40c and undervalued.
