To me one of they key (no pun intended) questions about this acquisition is what the likely regulatory and fiscal obstacles are to achieving this theoretical max flow rate of 500 barrels/day are.
I doubt anyone outside Key (and Midmar) know if there are any environmental issues etc that might be encountered with drilling this new horizontal well but maybe someone here knows what sort of money would be needed to do it.
Any thoughts ?
